That bird looks familiar.
I went up to Kodiak to work as a fisherman the summer of 1989 and ended up wiping Exxon's oil off the rocks and bagging dead wildlife.
One time a helicopter landed with a greasy punk exxon exec in it and a coast guard captain. Guess which one got to declare our beach clean?
That was one of those moments that started to push me from slightly right of center to left of what Washington wants to allow in the debate.
