He would have been trying to reorganize the Polish police forces to try and deal with the German army and would have been making transatlantic passengers get rid of their toothpaste before boarding ocean liners.

If Bush had been president 67 years ago today, he would have been ingesting glucose and contemplating cellular division. In other words, the same thing he is doing today. Same, same.
